The Leadership Ottawa Program is an opportunity for personal growth and a vehicle for creating a better society. Through a combination of experiential learning, community visits, readings, personal reflection and practical engagement over a 9 month period, participants learn what it means to exercise leadership. With every dollar donated we are able to further engage those who are working in youth-elder-new immigrant-aboriginal-community volunteer-teacher- student-healer-art fields & others who, without the communities' support would not be able to participate in the Leadership Ottawa program.
